Customer cancellation
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the request may instead be handled under the applicable return policy.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the approved amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellations by SAAVEE
SAAVEE may cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing error
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraud
- Incomplete customer information
- Operational or delivery restrictions
If SAAVEE cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
